Howdy
Hopefully this is just a one off info post, but you never know.....
Had my 6p for 6 days and everything going well and then.... it just died - nothing, no screen, no response to power cable, absolutely dead. Had a look and found info for a reboot of Nexus 6 - didn't follow the info exactly to the letter as the phone sorted itself out and it appears to be back online and hunky dory again - but for anyone else in the same boat its :-
If your phone is on, turn it off.
Press and hold the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Power button at the same time until the phone turns on. You'll see the word "Start" with an arrow around it.
Press the Volume Down button twice to highlight "Recovery mode".
Press the Power button to start recovery mode. You'll see an image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark.
I didn't have to erase all data - everything has come back again but I'm guessing that there's a little glitch in there somewhere - if it crops up again I'll update.
