Nexus 6P MMS issues sending and receiving on Walmart Family Mobile

Hey folks, I recently got Nexus 6P. I am on Walmart Family Mobile. I recently noticed that I am unable to send or receive picture text messages either individually or in groups. I changed the APN according to all forums suggestions but to no happy ending. Anyone else having the same issue?

Welcome back! Your mobile data is turned on, correct?

Thanks for the response. Yes that's exactly what I did. I believe it's the issue with iPhone users to send or receive because Android users seems to get the picture messages in the group made up of iPhone and Android users on Hangouts.
Any tips on that?

I'm familiar with the iMessage issue where if you switch from iPhone to Android, then messages other people send you with iPhones don't get to you unless you completely deactivate your iMessage account. Issues with texts after moving to Android from iPhone? Here's an easy fix! | Android Central. But I'm not familiar with iPhone users not receiving messages from Android.
