Welcome to Android Central! Do you need to keep wi-fi on overnight? What happens if you turn that off?

Well I wish I was getting 10% or 12% in my case that would be good. As you can see from the attached photos I am loosing 27% in 9 hours. I have see it on a few times only loose 2% or 3% in 10 hours. I guess one of the things I am questioning is why does Wi-Fi stay on all night when I have it set to Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep - only when plugged in. Any comments on this would be appreciated.

set it to never. And if the problem persists, download an free app called battery widget reborn and set up night mode. My phone automatically turns off wifi at 1 am.
If you still see your battery drop I would dig deeper into google play services/email/notification settings. Good luck!

You have a misbehaving app causing the phone to stay "Awake", even when the screen is off (you see this on the History Details screen)-- this is what is killing your battery. The Awake time on that screen should look more like what is shown in BjornRyden's post #21. You might try an app like Wakelock Detector to identify the app keeping your phone awake.

I will try this and see what happens. However, one would think if it is not plugged in that "Only when plugged in" would do the same thing.

DLK1, something is keeping your phone Awake the whole time. Probably an app. Doze is not a trump card. Devs can set their apps for priority (i.e. not silenced by Doze).
