Can I turn on/off cellular data usage for specific apps?

Can I turn on/off cellular data usage for specific apps one-by-one (as in, turn off using cellular data for youtube, but turn it on for whatsapp, hangouts, etc...)? Also, does the nexus 6p have a blinking light option to tell you have a received a message. Thanks!

You can't turn it off (as in fully block it even if the app is open) but you can turn it off for background use (see below). This way it can't do anything in the background and it will only be able to use cell data when in the app.

You can do this by going to settings, cellular data, and tapping on the app you want to restrict and turning on that toggle.
