I used it recently. It was a very seamless process. My phone received water damage on Dec 31, 2015 and would not turn back on. I submitted the claim online on Jan 2, 2016; process took about 5-10 min to fill out the online form. Once the completed form was submitted, got a notification immediately that my claim had been approved. My replacement phone was shipped on Jan 4, 2016 and I received it two days later on Jan 6, 2016. The replacement I received was a brand new phone (in original packaging). It also came with a self-addressed padded envelope to place the old phone in; it is currently en route to Google Return center. All in all a very quick process.
