    Seems to be a weird issue going on. Here is what I have so far:

    On 6p with full bars, LTE, wifi, etc
    CAN'T receive calls from ANYONE ("your call could not be completed")
    CAN'T call three specific contacts (doesn't even ring)
    All other features work flawlessly (web, location, text, etc)

    On old phone, S2, with full bars and such:
    CAN receive calls from all contacts
    CAN'T call the same three specific contacts (still no ring)

    Those three contacts don't have me blocked.
    T-Mobile support was no help at all.

    SIM card issue? I can't call those specific contacts from either phone.
    Network issue? I'm going to see if I can borrow someone's SIM card from a different carrier and try to make/receive calls.
    Nexus 6p issue? Maybe, but why can't I call those specific contacts from the old phone either? Then again, why can I receive calls on the old phone but not the 6p?

    Other stuff I've tried: Rebooting, Wi-Fi calling, fiddling with call settings, making sure everything is up to date, calling from different locations, removing the protective case.

    I'll try to call T-Mobile again tomorrow, but do you all think it might be the 6p? I really hope not... I'm willing to format the phone or go back to Android 6.0 before giving up hope on this thing.

    I had the same issue earlier and it seems like there was some sort of major outage. It's backup and running in the San Francisco Bay Area. Don't know about the rest of the country.
