I'm going into my third year with the Nexus 6P. I'm curious to know what people will do after Google stops supporting the phone.

Will you sell or trade in the phone?

    Will you upgrade?

Will you keep going without support?

Will you install a custom ROM?

I don't plan to keep it that long. Will probably try to sell my 6P by the end of this year or next month. Don't really need it anymore since I have the 3T as my daily phone and Nexus 6 as my backup/ media device.

I had planned to keep mine a lot longer but just today it exhibited early shutdown behavior (it was at 20%). Since I use it for work every day I can't have that happen in the middle of things so I'm going to keep an eye on it for the next couple of days and if I see it again I may consider a Pixel 2 (if I can get the facts on the Verizon $300 off deal).

Or I may just fall back to my LG V20 and wait until next year for a new device.
