Well, there's an option! Today, I received a set of two Nexus S screen protectors by Clarivue, and they're a great option if you don't like the Invisible shield-type. Good dry screen-protectors are hard to find if your phone isn't an iPhone, and these are some of the best I've seen. They were $13 for two (with free standard shipping) and they were well worth the cost.
