    So i just got my nokia 3 4 months ago and yesterday the mic decided not to work , same with the nokia haedset , mic wont work , even when in speaker mode , tried soft reset and hard reset and factory reset nothing worked , is the mic chip thingy faulty? And if so why is the headset mic not working?

    Welcome to Android Central! Does this also happen in Safe Mode? If so, then it's likely a system or hardware glitch -- I'd contact Nokia for warranty repair/replacement.
