Its quite possible. Moto G5 is $180 and has better specs.
Nokia 5 has been launched for 13000 which is approx $200 which is more expensive than Moto G5 while having inferior specs and no marketing.
Also there's Redmi 4 and Redmi Note 4 which are even better and even cheaper.
