Battery drain

Ever since the Pie update last month, my battery has really been suffering. One time I got a warning on my phone that the battery got too hot. Otherwise, my battery discharges really fast, like maybe 2 hours per charge period. I charge from around 40% to 90%.

Fast charging came back which is a big relief because the charging was incredibly slow after the update. But my battery life is dismal. I know I could help the battery by turning off Bluetooth and stuff, but I use my phone as a tablet all the time, so that's not really doable.

Anyone else have battery problems since the update?

All updates increase battery drain, but you're running the battery in the proper range for maximum life. Give it a while to settle down.
