Verizon version blurry text in dark mode

So buddy of mine bought the Verizon version (Nokia 8 V 5G UW) of this phone and when he has the phone on dark mode, the text on some pages (settings and some similar pages) is blurry, the text is fine in light mode. There any setting to change or is this a known issue?
