Go launcher id blocking my phone

My Nokia 8 smatyphone is blocked by go-launcher. A window sayes "Oops! Recommend to click Restart to restart GOLaucher", but thise link don't work.
What shal I do?

As for a possible solution, I would try to boot into safe mode, if possible, and remove GO launcher. If you want a third party launcher, try Nova instead.
