Nordvpn won’t connect

[Android Central Question]

I have a new shield pro and it just won’t connect to Nord vpn. I have an older shield up stairs which works fine. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling different settings. I did install ipvanish and uninstall it so I’m wondering if there is something left on the shield from ipvanish that is interfering with Nord even after I installed ipvanish.
