Just to be sure, are you asking how to safeguard your Shield TV from unauthorized access? If so, I presume you could probably sideload any 3rd party Android security lock app to do this, though I am uncertain if this is even feasible, since apps like these are specifically made for the regular Android OS used by phones and tablets, not for Android TV.

That being said, I'm not sure why you think this would even be necessary for a device designed primarily for streaming multimedia and gaming.
