    Hello somehow security and fingerprint menu is there but the fingerprint record option within the menu is not there... Anyone known what's wrong?! Thanks for the help

    Weird. Have you got a screen lock set up? If so, all I can think is try reflashing the beta image.

    Tried reflashing lolipop and back to marshmallow didn't fix it... What happens when the fingerprint reader breaks, does the menu remove the option of setting up fingerprint s??

    I dunno, but it seems unlikely they would build that into the software.

    I can tell you it doesn't work without a screen lock (pattern/PIN/password) which is why I asked if you had one set up.

    They are thé worse and NEVER WILL i buy à phone from them... saving 300$ on purchase isbr worth it... it took 54 emails vefore they Saïd phone would be repaired under warranty... they don't give a **** about their clients...
