I'm currently at 23% with 12 hours since unplugged and 3 screen on.

At the moment I'm stock oxygen 3.0.2 battery life on this version seems quite good by my standards.

It's best to assume I'm being sarcastic. if I'm ever serious I'll type "/s" to make it clear.

My battery life has gone way down since updating, yesterday 50% was used by Android system, Android OS and Google play services. I've wiped all data from Google play services and I've cleared the cache. Still just about 14 hours on one charge with 1.5 hours in screen time. Used to be way better! Any advise?

Since getting my OP2 a few days ago I've been looking for ways to stretch out my battery. It's seems like the processor is a little notorious for heat and eating juice. Running Android 6.0.1 & OxygenOS 3.1.0, here are some of my settings:

Settings
Wireless & Networks
Data Usage > (App) > Restrict app background data
More > Emergency broadcasts > Off (All)

Device
Display >
Display > Sleep > After 30 seconds of inactivity
Display > Daydream > Off
Display > Ambient display > Off

Sounds & notification
Sound
Also vibrate for calls > Off
Notification
App notifications > (App) > LED notifications > Off
App notifications > (App) > Block all > On

Personal
Customization > Dark mode > On
Buttons > Backlight > Turn on backlight for capacitive keys > Off

Google
Services > Play Games > Vibrate for notifications > Off

Backup & reset
Back up my data > Off
