    Long story short, putting the phone back together and alert slider is completely broken.

    I can change it to still display volume but I can't put it on vibrate. I have to open the volume slider to change it, and there's no button on the drop down panel like on other Android phones without an alert slider.
    I downloaded power toggles but that doesn't work either. No option to change notification or vibrate.
    Is there a costom OS I can download or anything I can do?

    Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that you took the phone apart to fix something?

    Yes. The alert slider is broken.

    Oh I'm sorry -- I didn't realize at first that the OP2 has a physical alert slider switch.

    Since it's a hardware switch, I'm guessing that you can't control it using software (but I'm not certain). You might have to bring it to a repair shop, or contact OnePlus.
