Loose? That immediately sounds like a hardware fault. Could you be more specific?

I saw some users for oneplus 3 complaining of some wobbly and wiggle in the power button of the one plus 3! It seems like it is loosy a little bit! Is that normal in all oneplus 3?

Mine doesn't. May find that some devices have a little wiggle but it is a separate piece of hardware so it's not too surprising if it is a little. The only thing that I would be cautious of is that one person's version of loose might be completely different to someone elses. Ie, some people find fault where there really is none. But that said, it definitely is something that could happen.

Buttons are fine, probably just people looking to find fault.

It's funny Oneplus goes out of their way to explain the extent of their quality with buttons in forums and video interviews yet the issue is there.

"With all manufacturing, across all brands, variance occurs. Due to the realities of processes like molding and milling, it’s impossible to make every tiny component 100% identical under a microscope. But, it’s how you deal with that fact that distinguishes amazing products from the rest. Take the volume rocker, for example. Negligible size variance usually leads to individual devices having buttons that are slightly too loose or slightly too tight. It’s something we’ve probably all experienced before. When we manufacture the OnePlus 3, we manually sort buttons and custom match them with unibodies to create an optimal fit. We’re talking about variances small enough to be measured in microns (and unnoticeable to the human eye), but that’s the sort of quality and attention to detail that we pride ourselves on."

Both my power and volume buttons are pretty wiggly. But I use a case so I don't notice it.

My buttons are not wobbly or have any play in them. I would say the build on mine is quite good in fact!

My 3T does have some wiggle in the volume rocker. I do have my phone in a case so I don't notice it. The button is very tactile and isn't mushy at all.
