Can both SIM slots be used in (at least) 3G mode simultaneously?

Other dual-sim phones only allow SIM #2 to run in 2G mode, but my carrier (Bell Mobility in Canada) only offers 3G/HSPA and faster, so I would need both SIM slots to be at least capable of running at 3G.

Thanks in advance for the input!

Currently for me, SIM 1 is connected to 4G and SIM 2 to UMTS, which is a 3G network, so the answer is yes.

This is the EU model though, which has 2 radios/IMEI numbers, it might be different on the Canadian variant...
