Locked apps

Installed OnePlus 3 yesterday, and from the very start I can't close an individual app.
See picture: all apps are locked, although I have never activated this feature. I can close all apps with the button at the bottom, but not a single one. And all apps can be started without any restriction, no password is asked.
Extra information: there isn't any security setting activated (pin, fingerprint, ....)
Anybody who knows what went wrong?

You installed what on your Oneplus 3 yesterday?

That is a little odd... To my knowledge there isn't a global setting to start apps locked... But it's important to note that those apps aren't locked in a security sense, they're just locked in the sense they can't be dismissed. All you should have to do to dismiss them is tap the padlock icon first.

Have you done a reboot? Fixes most things...
