OnePlus3 Update?

I have an update that keeps popping up and I am not sure it is legit. I have a picture of the screen I am presented with and was hoping others could shed some light on this. A while back it had gotten further into the install w/o my input but was in Chinese and ultimately failed so I was able to back out of it... Right now i see no option to attach my picture so I'll describe it

The OnePlus logo appears at the top in white

Install from internal Storage (is blue as if selected)

Install from ADB

Wipe data and cache

Advanced

Exit

What you've described is the Oneplus recovery, which is normally entered by holding volume down while powering on and is definitely a legitimate and important part of the phone.

Can you not boot normally? If not, that failed update probably corrupted the system and you'll need to flash a system image.
