OxygenOS 5.0.4 update showed up for my OP3 today. Appears to be a minor bug fix release with no new features. Bumped security patch level to June 2018. Still no Android 8.1.

Same here. I also show a June security update even though the update info says July.

Edit. I used the Oxygen updater app rather than play the VPN game. Love this app!
