Does touch latency occur whilegaming and i wanted to know how op5 performs and heats during gaming

Can't comment on gaming on its own when it comes to heating up, but that is at least reduced if you game while charging at the same time.
Dash Charge unlike Quick Charge will put the power management into the charger, and so reduces the heat buildup in the phone and the phone therefore does not need to throttle performance to keep it cooler.
The OP3/3t and 5 have been described to be very responsive to touch, like the pixel and arguably more so than the S8.
I would assume that applies to general use, but I have seen no detailed commentary specifically on gaming, other than describing it favourably.
