It looks to be like it has some terrible differentiating the foreground and background when the foreground has a little depth

Which shot(s) are you referring to?

If you notice closely, the foreground object edges light up meaning they need better post-processing these images.

Just the first time. As long as I have the right focus point set, I tend to get the best shot first time.

Thank you. I'm liking it so far. It's incredibly fast and fluid. Can't really comment on battery life so far, but overall I'm quick pleased with the phone. As a side note, I also purchased the V2 Bullet headphones and they simply blow me away. Especially for the price - 20 bucks.

So glad you are liking it! How are you liking the button or feature that changes sound profiles for you? Sorry, I'm really tired and forget what it's called - Alert Slide, maybe?
