I have a rooted OnePlus 6 android device. I need to make it so it will automatically power on when plugged in to a usb charger. As far as I know all I need to do is to replace the battery charging animation file with a reboot script command. My problem is that I don't know the name of the file that is responsible for battery animation. Each OEM has its own version and naming of that file, so googling didn't help in this case. I need the one that is specific for oneplus 6 device. Please help! Thank you!

It's probably an app that runs the graphic, so you'd have to find the app. An animated file doesn't "run", it displays, so replacing it with an app will just display the app, which won't do you any good. As for which app it is, as you said, each manufacturer is free to develop their own, so I can't help you with that, all I can tell you is that replacing the graphic file won't do it.
