Yes but the point I'm making is that all the updates oxygen updater is describing are specific to 9.05... Not what the T-Mobile variant includes. Otherwise, according to oxygen updater, they've focused updates on the same thing every time...

I'm sure TMobile updated more than that between 9.01 and 9.03. Soo...I agree that although they might use international version 9.05 for these changes... Oxygen updater doesn't properly capture the change log information.
The T-Mobile site clearly shows they provided the partner roaming updates and I think that clearly indicates providing the patching to correct Verizon LTE interoperability. That's from 9.0.11 isn't it?

That is what I am saying. The base firmware is still 9.0.5 and rather than updating to the rewritten 9.0.11 they are just dropping minor fixes and updates into 9.0.5. Hence, in the past, old Android Security patches and camera firmware showing up and some of the global features missing.
