Why my Xbox One S Controller doesn't work on OnePlus 6T in games?

Hello, I have a question, I connected my Xbox One S Controller to my OnePlus 6T via bluetooth and I can navigate the menu and launch aplications via the controller, but the controller doesn't work in any game at all. In games, only one button works, the "guide" button which taking me out of the game to the home screen. Is there a fix for that?

Contact the game developer - that's the only "fix". They have to look for an Xbox One S Controller on Bluetooth and use what it does in the game.
