Why can I call all of my contacts but one person?

Can all anyone i know but one person

So i recently got my one plus and for what ever strange reason i cant seem to call or text one of my friends. He has a iphone and i'm not really sure if it's a hardware problem or a problem with the OS. I've tried changing the run from ART and Devik ( probably didnt spell that right) and a factory reset. Any ideas on what to do?

Welcome to the forums. Texting I could understand, if you recently changed from an iPhone yourself. But calling....

And you say you can call anyone else, and there is no issue?

or maybe you havent saved your friends phone numbers? just their contact info to get messages/facetime to work
