My OnePlusOne keeps rebooting automatically and it wont let me enter the recovery mode. I was able to enter the recovery mode earlier today and i did factory reset which solved the problem temporarily. I was installing the apps a screenshot app from PlayStore (buttons on my one plus one are also kinda damaged as its back case cracked few days ago) & the problem came back .
This time when i cleared the cache , did factory reset and restarted the phone , problem remained and it actually got worst as my mobile is not in entering the recovery mode anymore .Maybe its the volume down key as the Volume up key works fine and boots the mobile into fastboot mode but it has been an hour i guess and my mobile is still in fastboot mode. When i press the lower volume button down to enter the recovery mode nothing happens.
How to Fix this issue ? is this is a virus i am really worried
