im guessing it has to do with something in the framework. i have no idea how to fix that, ours just started working last release.

Look through the build.prop/framework files for any changes.

I had this problem once. But after another try, it worked. Try again. Or a couple times. Worst it can do is well, not work again.

Did you happen to change recovery or anything. Not trying to be a downer. After the 2nd, maybe 3rd pushing it. Its not gonna work. Unless you swapped recovery or something like that.

Any recovery is allright (i personally use touch)
Steps are:
1.Wipe data/ factory reset(in recovery)
2. Format cache, boot, system
3. Wipe dalvik cache
4. Flash rom
5. Reboot

There is a build.prop edit you can do to fix 3G. That's about it.

Yes stays locked scince first boot but it does not fix mms

Im on gingerbread right now though... but it definetly does lock, but a major reason is wifi but i heard aokp has a fix for it

i was gonna apply it on alpha 7 i dont want to use alpha 8 so it like turns lue locks on?

Wifi works on AOKP...I used it for a day and a half but went back to BACKside cuz I needed my camera for Easter.
