So it looks like the big issue is phone service on aosp. Then there is possible cpu governor issues in the kernel.

The market 921 issue seems to be transient if you Google it. Also try clearing market data.

Drew and thekraven have a few more fixes that I'm going to try tomorrow also.

So, got AOKP A.10 running amazing. After trying Alpha 8 AOKP I went back to Alpha 7 and now to Alpha 10 and hot damn, is there a MAJOR difference. Preview works flawlessly, AOKP ROM options work great, everything is running like a charm...


-Do you mind putting back the original Nexus BootAnim for AOKP please?

I thought the unicorn animation was the intended official animation? You can always override it.

Eyep, for AOKP it is, my tablet also has it, but how do I over ride it? I don't want to disable it, simple replace it.

cm9 v10 so far everything working for me 3g data, wifi, camera, market, pandora,no fc's only issue ive had was when i tried to turn on the wifi hotspot blackscreened the phone had to remove battery to get it back but working very well so far.

Aokp is running flawlessly, no problems whatsoever.

Anyone know what the purpose of the swagger toggle button is?
I can't seem to notice any difference when it's on or off

Couldnt find the music player app in AOKP so I just installed CM9 music .

AOSP-Base Android 4.0, basically the "Stock" ICS.
CM9- Bunch of nice add ons and features, customization, added control.
AOKP-Like CM9 only with more customization features.


Preference is all personal, though I love AOKP best.

Semi-minor issue with CM9 alpha 10 pre release 1. Notification sounds and ring tones won't go through headphones if they're plugged in. They'll just play through the speaker.

Is for me, because I like listening to music on my way to school, and having the notifications go right to my headphones ensures that I don't bug anybody, and that I don't miss them.

Only bug I've had so far on CM9 A10 is that the web browser just doesn't want to render anything. Dolphin Browser HD works just fine though, so I'm gonna keep running it until either a fix release for the few random Play Store FC's comes out or I find a bigger bug. Amazing work, tdm.

Even in standard res videos are more like slide shows for me.

Besides that everything else accept phone is awesome. Oc'd to 806 interactivex, wifi, bluetooth, couldn't change lcd density in settings but I pulled it off manually in build.prop, will test gps tomorrow on my way to work. Phone fc's like before but you can still talk. And btw what in the heck is unicorn porn? I seen that asked a few pages back but no answer yet? Great work TDM

I think this same issue was reported in the p500 xda thread. Not sure if it's by design or if they are working on a fix though.

youtube works fine for me, even hq, i did oc my ov to 729 mhz tho.
