Bloatware dissapear!

I want to get rid of this sluggish system, and free up some memory all these crap factory programs uses. What do you suggest? I want something stable, and relatively stupid proof lol

bumblebee and Harmonia 1.5 both are pretty stabilized, fast, and popular.
if you're willing to deal with a few tiny glitches, the IHO cm7 roms are pretty good.

I just started using Bumblebee. It's awesome. Rock solid. I have all my apps loaded up and I still have 100mb free. And that's with nothing moved to the SD card.

step by step instructions anywhere?

The instructions are almost always posted in the particular ROM's thread. They vary some by ROM, so make sure you follow the instructions from the ROM you are trying to install.
