I do believe that you did something wrong, when it says "flash_image" not found that means you are using an invalid command. Check this thread about how to do it correctly.

The reason why you get " no flash_image found" is because you tried to flash the recovery from ROM Manager. You don't have a flash_image.

You need to install one.

You need to read all the posts and links provided 2-3 times

All the information and download links you need have already been given.

Please pay attention to the details. There isn't any reason why you can't straighten out things and be running a custom ROM with all the information already given. There isn't any more information that can be given. You've got it all.

If you don't want to use commands. Just flash the .img with imageflashgui.apk, and wait to see if you still don't have a flash image!!!

Cwm base recovery 4.0.1.5
hormonia 2 GB
First phone: LG optimus v 2.2.1

Thanks for all the help everyone! I got the backside iho rom and its great i love it. Wich governer is best for overclocking?

They all do different things, performance sets CPU at highest speed all the time, ondemand bumps the speed up to the highest as soon as there's any load on the processor, conservative pushes CPU to the lowest speed when nothings happening... those are the basic ones, but there's tons more. All of them are good in their own way otherwise they wouldn't be included;) look on Wikipedia for a detailed description of all the governors so you can see which one matches your likes.
