Amazon app store

So Amazon app store wont let me login, but logs in fine from web. So I called them and they can only say that maybe root caused it? I told him its been rooted from the get go with no problems til the 3rd. Anyone else having issues?

Check to see how many devices are on the account. Every time you flash a new ROM, the Amazon App Store counts it as a different device. Log in through your computer and see how many devices are on the account. If you've hit the limit, just deactivate a few.
