It might be that too, I just wasn't thinking and spit out what it is for gingerbread and froyo. I still suggest changing that in the build prop too though.

Everything is working great, but your right about one thing. The mms. Seems like it sends, but it really doesn't. Everything else but that and the camera preview works amazing

What about the other way around? I care about getting them more than sending them. I can send pics any number of ways but I cannot force other people to do the same.

Same here. Just tested it now. I sent the picture from another phone and it won't work. You get the notification, but you can't download the picture. :-\

It is located in build.prop in the line

Ro.cdma.home.operater=Sprint

Change the sprint to virgin mobile.

Not necessarily. It's in the framework-res.apk/res/xml/eri.xml
Replace that file with the one in TDMs ROM and you will be set.

Have you try, checking the apns-comf.XML that its says something like
apn-virgin mobile us
mnc 490 mcc 311..........
Its under system/etc/apns-comf.XML

No problems for me, flashed this last night and downloaded a few, just checked again prior to this response and no issues.

The camera has no preview just like tdms, no big deal to me. Its still better, smoother, clearer, etc. If you can't live without mms install go SMS pro or wait for a dev to make a fix for it. This is still a lot further along than tdms in my opinion
