Is there anything special you did to get it to work on ics? or did it just work right off the bat?
Said it once, and.ill say it again.

JoyOS apks aren't special. You can use them on other roms. MMS.APK JOYLAUNCHER.APK MUSIC.APK and all the other themed iPhone apps. Idk about settings.

Found one problem. I logged into my school email. It says it 'needs security settings...' in the status bar. I go to click it and get this error: 'Sorry! The application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.' Tried clearing data, and rebooted a couple times. Didn't work. Anything I can do to fix that?

He said to use to use apktool to decompile a .jar file. wait scratch that you need to extract the classes.dex file from the framework.jar, then use baksmali to decompile that dex file to get to that directory. sorry for the confusion XD

Sounds like Torch wins!! Well I wiped dalvik before I flashed the rom, should I boot into recovery, wipe dalvik and reboot or is there an easier way to do that?

I'm pretty sure wiping davlik before you flash is good enough

I might be buying an Optimus S within the near future. If everything works out, I'd be glad to test. Especially now that 3G is fixed!!

3G works right off the bat.
So, I had a couple issues this afternoon. 3G disappeared. Tried the fix for the first build- no luck. Had to reboot. This brought it back right away.

The other issue is: when I decided to reboot to try to fix the 3G, I had about 46% battery. After the reboot, I was at 32%. I'm assuming something with the battery stats went wonky about the same time the 3G did. Our, maybe they're unrelated. Hard to say.

3G has been working fine for me but I must say that I have lost about 10% battery in one reboot.

That's due to a battery reading. Not rom related. When you go into recovery mode, you lose more lower. So when you flashed the ron, boom went the life. :P
