Everything's perfect for me so far except:
Mic during calls
YouTube SD choppy, no HD
Paranoid Settings force closing

I read in the op we don't need gapps? Is that true?
Edit: I found that u can't use pattern. It doesn't allow u to press next.

It usually fails on 3g u have to be on Wi-Fi most of the time that's why it hates u I bet when u enter an app or put ur phone to sleep it fails

Same bugs as CM9, and im not a dev. Not that easy.
Use Opera Mobile.
Turn phone landscape to click next.
Maybe you could help then...? No idea what causes it
