Finished the build.prop already, I will send it to you right now , you were missing the treshold for tablet mode and configurations were all mixed up and you had some duplicate strings that was causing crashes in the system.

Its only build.prop making the settings force close. It was specially made by Neko I believe.

do a reboot, then start the logcat then go into settings. anything marked with an E is an error

also, id recommend opening settings multiple times during the logcat, just so you know for sure that the error is the right one. stop the logcat immedietly after opening settings for the last time, this will make it easier to find.
