What do you mean? You don't activate tablets unless they are on the network.

Its a cheap tablet. Its the price of the V when it first came out. 200. I agree with Anthony, if you really want JB, buy the Nexus 7.

Its actually a bad time four me, I just started hacking on the ics kernel. I thought I'd have at least one or two more weeks...
The Google Play Music app that ships with Jellybean is great. Much better widget and built-in EQ. Runs on ICS too, the APK is floating around the internet somewhere, just do a Google search.
