Is this safe to flash to OV? Or it needs to be ported? Not sure what P500 is, but it's almost the same phone right?

There are just too many ROMs for this phone now (is that even possible?). I really want to give this a try, along with many others, I just don't seem to have the time to keep flashing. Still, I'd like to thank you TGL, and all the others who keep this little phone going.

I kinda like some of the extra LG apps so I hope you don't cut too much out, but thanks - looking forward to port

Even 2.2 has been a huge speed difference over my old rom, backSIDE, which got so buggy and slow after months of use (and abandoned by the developer). I thought my phone was actually broken when it was taking 30 seconds to launch an app and frequently locking up.

LG launcher does have issue on category and list style, use paginated layout works flawlessly. FC when tapping add favorites on Favorite contacts widgets, TO add fav contacts go to Contacts list and select fav contacts, it will show on the widget. FC when selecting more > sound effects on Music player, shortcut not working even on black bird ROM FC when pressing comment box on 4x3 lg music widget, it doesn't work yet, not needed at all twitter and myspace works

I know 1 Rom had a themed g2x lockscreen. Ill ask for help from him on it.

This oct 17th update is great, though I flashed the old gapps, and as a result, no google play store app.


Flashed the new gapps in the above post, play store popped back up on my app list.

My battery is discharging at an extreme rate, was not the case with the last update
Also, what lockscreen are you talking about? Any screen shot?
I noticed in the dx settings there is a sense lock, but i know thats not what we are talkibg about

I realized i launched fb for lg, once that was disabled my batt got a lot better

@TGL , My SMS won't send if its more then the 150 characters, it won't auto split and there's no option in settings for it. Any ideas?
