Thanks for the awesome port!

Few issues though,
-bottom launcher bar on home screen seems locked (can't replace items on it)
-only 2 or 3 ringtones/notification sounds, 2.2 had a ton. is there a way to pull the ones from 2.2 to 2.3 with titanium backup or something? i couldn't find ringtones and notification sounds in it though.

You could try looking in the 2.2 zip by going to system/media/audio and extract the ones you want and put them in the same directory in the most recent update.

The rom is huge, so Copy the Audio folder from 2.2 to your SD card.


To change icons, got to manage app, then drag what you want from the drawer to the bottom.

The bar is locked, odd.

BTW, is the "settings" button popup thing supposed to be gray on white? Kind of clashes with the theme.

I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe Backup and only wipe Caches/System. Then flash

How long did you run it for? I'm not saying that your not already aware of this, but in case you didn't know, ROMs usually take a bit to settle in, while the dalvik cache is populated, and so forth. You usually don't get a clear picture of how the ROM will run on a daily basis until it's had a good few hours of use, sometimes a full day.

I do admit to that, but I was down to 48% in 4 hours. But then again, I think my battery is faxed up. Over night charging and it went down... This isnt GS in Screenie.

Well that's pretty definitive. I just hadn't seen anyone mention how long they had run it for, and I haven't run it myself, so I wanted to make sure that you all weren't missing out on something due to insufficient testing. But it looks like you've tested it pretty thoroughly.

So far: I haven't testes Battery Life yet, but rom is more faster. I switched to Go Launcher to use Prime HD icons, so I haven't tested LG home. I switch the keyboard to stock as well and deleted XT9 folders. SNS is deleted, removed 2-4 widgets and some APK I forgot.


Next ill test battery life.


My phone is at its ending age though xD So lets see what happens. And I'm always texting and on Music.



I removed Wifi Cast! That was the APK.


I also plan to add 2.3 apps to 2.2, but not cosmetic updates, to much for me.


For you guys, How bought I make a zip for the weather in 2.0+, and one for tthe really old LG weather?
