Re: "Package File Is Invalid" - Neverending nightmare
Okay, everything I need is back in place. I just gotta catch up in a few certain games, but that's not a big deal.
There are a few issues I am experiencing and I hope they're not crippling or won't need a major fix:
-I can only place widgets on specific screens; typically the home screen and anything to the left of it, but not to the right.
-Sometimes when a text message pops up via Handcent, the lock screen will not appear for quite some time, even after the message pop up is gone
-The battery seems to be dying quicker. Does Link2SD drain the battery much?
Those seem to be the only significant issues as of yet. Anything to worry about here?
AndyOpie and Damian, I do want to thank you for all of your help. And AndyOpie, I do realize your frustration - I wanted a fix without reflashing, too, but I hastily did something I should not have. I ruined all my patience with this, too. Oh wells, it's all getting better, at least!
Again, thanks for everything :)

No problem. However I have noticed a few issues myself with my setup that I gave you... And now it has affected my site, and I can't trust certain apps now namely Blogger.
I'll be looking for a new ROM setup today for myself.
Re: "Package File Is Invalid" - Neverending nightmare
I could not update MyFitnessPal - got the "Package File is Invalid" message, so I uninstalled it and attempted to re install. Now I don't have the app at all. I said, "See ya Google Apps" and downloaded my app through Amazon Apps. First time I feel I have outsmarted the device! Good luck with yours.:D
