Xperia Ion ATT APN settings

hello folks. i need help please. i somehow deleted my APN settings on my phone. i did a google search but only came up with some APN settings that work. but they only get HSPA/HSPA+. i would like to get my lte back. contacted and talked to an ATT rep for over an hour last night, no luck there. figured you fine folks would be my only hope on this matter. thank you in advance, and after for the help.
