Please help me with my Medion Lifetab S10345

Device specs:
10.1-inch 1,920 x 1,200 IPS display
Android 5.0 Lollipop
Intel Atom Z3735F, 1.83GHz
2GB RAM
32GB internal storage
5-megapixel rear camera
2-megapixel front camera
Manufacturer: Medion

The problem with with my Medion Lifetab S10345.
When I push the button to start up the tablet, the only thing I see on the screen is some text lines and on the end

Press ESC in 3 seconds to skip Startup.msh any other key to continue
Shell>_

Everything seems to be lost, the software must be wiped of the device.
Is there anybody who knows how to reinstall the lollipop android software on the device?
Please help me.
