Virgin Mobile tried to shaft me!

Friday I called in complaining about my internet being VERY slow and having horrible reception. After being on the phone for over 30 minutes with them I was told the problem was fixed. 15 minutes later my phone starts restarting on its own. I try to make a call and it restarts. Try to recieve a call and it restarts. So I call VM from my gf's phone, and after over an hour "the problem is resolved". So I hang up, try my phone, and have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! NO PHONE, NO WEB, NO TEXT. I call back in the morning to find out that THEY SWITCHED MY PLAN! Since I had no extra money on the account, it was "past due". I was connected to a supervisor, who told me there was no way to switch me back to the $25 plan bc it didn't exist in their options anymore.But i was credited $35 for the plan they switched me to. GO FIGURE SINCE I JUST PAID $30 A WEEK BEFORE!!. But upon activating a new phone through tech support, I explained what happened and was INDEED ABLE TO BE SWITCHED BACK!
