how can i shut off the atomative talk back its annoying

i have a boost zte phone and I cant turn off talk back everything I do it says what I doing and so annoying how can I shut it off I have no options under settings

Hi, you can disable the TalkBack option in the accessibility settings. To get there try swiping with two fingers and double tap to select. It could take a bit of time until you manage to get it done though. Tell us how it goes.
