SOmeone has taken root permission on my zte2808

they are controling my camera text ,messages. I am pretty sure they nare using some sort of luing system to take root control of my andriod. when i go task manager there are a few apps with too many intrusive permissions. and it will not let me disable any of them the main one seems to be a clone of att software update but the android man looks off. I have factory reset my phone once and it seemed to work but the next day it was back. I am not sure if this is being done remotely or with my phone while i am sleeping. I have since tried to factory reset my phone again and it will just go black with a red dot on the top until the battery dies then I can charge it and turn it on again.

Find the method to reload the factory image in you phone's model. If this is malware, it most likely embedded itself into you system partition and won't be purged with a factory reset.
