zte warp sync camera problem

I've searched and searched again... 2nd day I've owned this phone camera stopped working.

It says camera cannot open due to other apps using or security purposes!

I've done everything hard resets, cleared cache, started in safe mode.... still won't work... any ideas on how to fix this as I'm sure it's a hardware issue?

Welcome to Android Central! If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's either a problem with the hardware or the firmware. Either way, it's probably not worth the effort to figure this out after just the second day of ownership. Return it to the store and ask for an exchange or refund. Or did you buy this used?
