Please help

My zte zmax pro aka z981 won't turn on and the home button is just blinking can you help me i don't know what is wrong with it

Welcome to Android Central! First, press and hold Power for about 15 seconds. Does the Home button light go out? If so, then wait a few seconds, and press and hold Power again for about 15 seconds.

If that doesn't work, then plug the phone into a wall outlet and leave it overnight, undisturbed. Then try powering on again as described above.
